Why MPA for Invitations · No. 01

We do not just print your invitations, we get them into mailboxes.

Most online printers ship you a stack of cards and stop there - the addressing, stuffing, stamping, and trips to the post office are on you. MPA prints the invitations and the matching envelopes, addresses each one from your guest list, applies postage, and mails them. Print and mailing live under one roof, which is the whole point of working with a full-service mail house instead of a print-only shop.

01 / 03

Print and mail, one workflow

Cards, matching envelopes, addressing, postage, and the USPS hand-off all happen in the same building. One point of contact, one invoice, and no juggling a printer plus a separate mail house.

02 / 03

Printed in-house, not relabeled

Your invitations are produced on our own digital color presses in Lakeland. We control color, stock, and schedule directly, so a premium piece comes out the way you approved it.

03 / 03

Built for event-scale volume

An intimate dinner or a thousand-guest gala - we are set up for both. As a mail house we already process invitation-scale runs every day, with the data and addressing muscle that print shops do not have.

The Difference

We print and mail your invitations.

This is the line most printers cannot cross. They print cards; you still have to address, stamp, and mail them. Because MPA is a full-service mail house, the same job that produces your invitations can finish at the post office - addressed, stamped, and on its way to every guest.

A print-only shop

A box of cards shows up at your door. From there it is on you:

  • × Find or print matching envelopes separately
  • × Hand-address every envelope from your list
  • × Stuff, seal, and buy and apply postage
  • × Haul boxes to the post office yourself

Fine for a dozen cards. Painful at event scale.

The MPA way

MPA, print + mail

Hand us the design and the guest list. We take it the whole way:

  • Print invitations and matching printed envelopes
  • Clean your list and address every envelope
  • Personalize each piece with guest names or RSVP codes
  • Apply postage and hand the mailing to USPS

Prefer to mail them yourself? That is fine too - we will print the invitations and matching envelopes and ship you the finished set. The full mailing is there when you want it, not required.

What We Print

Invitations for every occasion.

From a black-tie fundraiser to a ribbon-cutting, the invitation sets the tone. We produce the formats our commercial and nonprofit customers request most - and mail them too.

Gala & Fundraiser

Black-tie galas, benefit dinners, and nonprofit fundraisers - premium stock, RSVP and reply pieces, and personalized addressing for your donor list.

Corporate Events

Conferences, client appreciation nights, anniversaries, and milestone celebrations - on-brand invitations mailed to your customer or partner list.

Grand Openings

Ribbon-cuttings, store launches, and open houses - eye-catching invitations mailed to a local saturation list or a hand-picked VIP list.

Save the Dates

An early teaser that locks the calendar. Smaller formats that pair with a full invitation later, mailed as a coordinated set or as two waves.

Announcements

Moves, mergers, rebrands, and milestones - formal announcement cards with matching envelopes, personalized and mailed to the right list.

RSVP & Reply Sets

Reply cards and pre-addressed return envelopes that complete a formal suite - plus QR-code RSVP options for a faster, trackable headcount.

Sizes

Popular invitation sizes.

These are the formats our customers request most. They are options, not a fixed menu - if you need a different size, we will set the file up correctly with matching envelopes and quote it.

Most Popular
A7 · 5 x 7
The classic formal invitation - galas, weddings-style events, and benefits.
A6
A refined mid-size card for corporate events and announcements.
4 x 6
Compact and cost-efficient - ideal for save-the-dates and reply cards.
Square
A distinctive modern format that stands out in the mail. Pairs with a square envelope.
Custom
Need a different size or a folded card? Send the finished dimensions and we will quote it.

Not sure which size? Tell us the event and how formal it is - we will recommend the right format and a matching envelope.

Stocks & Finishes

The feel in the hand is half the impression.

A premium invitation is recognized before it is read - by weight, texture, and finish. Choose the stock that matches the tone of your event, then add a metallic-look accent, rounded corners, or a coordinating envelope.

Process

Design, print, address, mail.

Four steps from idea to mailbox - and you can stop after print if you would rather mail them yourself.

  1. 1

    Design

Send print-ready art with your size, stock, and finish - or have our in-house team build the invitation and envelope from a brief.

  2. 2

    Print

We proof, then print the invitations and matching envelopes on your chosen premium stock, with any finishing applied.

  3. 3

    Address & personalize

We clean your guest list and address every envelope, with optional per-guest names, seating, or RSVP codes.

  4. 4

    Mail

We apply postage and hand the mailing to USPS for delivery nationwide - or ship you the finished set to mail yourself.

In-House Capability

Why one roof matters for invitations.

When premium printing, data and addressing, and mailing all live in the same building, the invitation comes out right and goes out on time.

01

Premium color we control

Brand colors and metallic-look accents printed on our own digital presses, so the invitation and the matching envelope read as one polished set.

  • Invitation and envelope color matched
  • Metallic-look gold and silver in-house
  • Proof review before we commit the run
02

Data and addressing built in

As a mail house we clean guest lists, standardize addresses, and personalize each piece by name - the part a print-only shop simply cannot do.

  • Guest list cleanup and de-duplication
  • Variable data names, seating, RSVP codes
  • Printed addressing, no labels to apply
03

Mailing in the building

Postage, presort where it helps, and USPS entry handled by our team, so your invitations are in mailboxes on schedule instead of stacked on your desk.

  • Postage applied and mail entered for you
  • Timed mail drops to hit your event date
  • Rush available when the calendar is tight
FAQ

Invitation printing FAQ.

Yes, and this is what sets us apart. We print your invitations, print matching envelopes, address each envelope from your guest list, apply postage, and hand the mailing to USPS - all under one roof. Most online printers only ship you a stack of cards and leave the addressing, stuffing, stamping, and mailing to you. We can run the whole job so the invitations land in mailboxes without you touching an envelope.
Popular sizes include A7 (5x7), A6, 4x6, and square formats, plus custom dimensions. A7 5x7 is the classic choice for galas and formal events; smaller sizes work well for save-the-dates and announcements. Tell us the finished size and we will set the file up correctly with matching envelopes and quote it.
We print on heavy cardstock for a substantial feel, plus linen and pearl textured stocks for an upscale look, in matte or gloss. Rounded corners and metallic-look color are available through our in-house digital presses. We will recommend the right stock and finish for the tone of your event.
Yes. We print coordinating envelopes - including a printed return address and, where you want it, a printed liner or accent - so the whole piece arrives as a finished set rather than a card you have to match to plain envelopes yourself. Matching the invitation and envelope is part of why the piece feels premium in hand.
Yes. Using variable data printing we can personalize each invitation and envelope from your guest list - guest names, table or seating details, unique RSVP codes, or a QR code. This is the same in-house data and personalization capability we use for direct mail, applied to your invitation set.
Four steps: design (send print-ready art or have us build it from a brief), print (invitations plus matching envelopes on your chosen stock), address and personalize (we clean your guest list and address each envelope, with optional per-guest personalization), then mail (we apply postage and enter the mailing with USPS). You can stop at print-only and we ship you the finished set, or let us run the full mailing.
Most invitation orders are produced in a few business days after proof approval; full-service mailing adds time for addressing and USPS entry. Rush is available on time-sensitive events. Tell us your event date and your in-home or in-hand date and we will back-time production and the mail drop to hit it.
Yes. We ship finished invitation sets to all 50 states from our Lakeland, FL facility, and when we handle the mailing we enter it with USPS for nationwide delivery to your guest list. Local customers can also pick up in Lakeland. Our commercial customer base spans the entire United States.
